Editor/Author Biographies
Macarena López-Fernández , PhD, is a professor in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, at the University of Cádiz (Spain). She has undertaken various courses specializing in Management competences, HRM and Business Organizations. She also teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in subjects such as, HRM, Managerial Skills, and Organizational Behavior. Her research interest covers different aspects of Human Resource Management in organizations and Socially Responsible HRM. She is also Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Human Resource Management on the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Cádiz.
Pedro M. Romero-Fernández , PhD, is a professor in the Human Resources area of the Business Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business. His teaching experience (over 20 years) covers an extensive background: Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, and Personnel Management. He has published in the field of Human Resource Management in highly prestigious journals like the International Journal of Human Resource Management, British Journal of Management, and the Journal of Business Research.
