b>Susana Serrano Rodrigues is a Lecturer at School of Technology and Management (ESTG), Polytechnic Institute of Leiria in Portugal. She is researcher of CARME – Centre of Applied Research in Management and Economics. She has a PhD degree in strategic management, from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. She is professor in strategic management. She has been lecturing modules of advanced strategic management, marketing of new products and strategic marketing in master degree programmes and for executives. She lectured at higher educational institutions in Holland and Azerbaijan. She has been a trainer of several executive courses in strategic management for a Business School. She has been involved in several entrepreneurship activities: as member of jury entrepreneurship committees, as providing consultancy, or as lecturer. She has a patent for an innovative product. She has been involved in several research projects funded by the national government and by the European Union, namely in circular economy.

Paulo Jorge Almeida has a PhD in Marketing and International Trade, from the University of Extremadura, Spain. Master in Tourism Management and Development, University of Aveiro. Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Algarve. Coordinating Professor at the Polytechnic of Leiria and Director of the School of Tourism and Marine Technology. Integrated member of CITUR - Center for Research, Development and Innovation in Tourism. President of the Executive Committee of Riptur - Network of Public Institutions of Higher Polytechnic Education with Tourism Courses. Researcher and Coordinator of several projects in the area of Tourism, Hospitality and Tourism Marketing made several presentations at International Congresses and publications in scientific magazines. He is also the author of the book “Introduction to the Management of Tourism Animation”.

Nuno Miguel Castaheira Almeida has a PhD in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and MSc in Economics and Industrial Strategy, both from the University of Coimbra. Professor in the Polytechnic of Leiria he’s Coordinator of the Master Degree in Marketing and Tourism Promotion. Member of the Coordination at CITUR - Center for Research, Development and Innovation in Tourism. Guest professor in different international universities in Argentina, Check Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Hungary, Poland, Romenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and United Kingdom. His research focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Business Strategies.
