Editor/Author Biographies
Samet Kavoğlu is an associate professor at Marmara University Faculty of Communication, Public Relations and Publicity Department. He received his bachelor’s degree from Ankara University Faculty of Communication, Public Relations and Publicity Department in 2005. He earned his master’s degree in 2009 from Trakya University Social Sciences Institute, Business Administration Programme and PhD degree in 2016 from Gazi University Social Sciences Institute, Public Relations and Publicity Programme. His main research areas are public relations, political communication, public diplomacy and reputation management.

Meryem Salar is a Research Assistant at Kastamonu University Faculty of Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising Department. She received her bachelor’s degree from Hacettepe University Department of English Language and Literature. She earned her his master’s degree from Gazi University Social Sciences Institute, Public Relations, and Publicity Programme. She is still a Doctorate student in the same program of the same university. She worked as a translator and interpreter in the EU Department of Turkish Gendarmerie General Command. After that, she has started to work at Kastamonu University. Her main research areas are image management, intercultural communications, political communication, social corporate responsibility, public relations, interpersonal relations, reputation management. She has also published articles on health communication and marketing except for these areas.
