Editor/Author Biographies

Srinivasan Padmanaban is working as Associate Professor in the School of Education, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Tamil Nadu, India. Editor possess 19 years of experience in teacher education at various levels. 10 research scholars have been awarded a doctorate in Education under his guidance. 38 research scholars have been awarded M.Phil. in Education. Has completed 01 Major and 02 Minor research projects. Has published 11 books and 56 research articles in peer-reviewed journals. Has organized 02 national level seminars. Has been a resource person for 80 occasions.

Chittaranjan Subudhi is working as an Assistant Professor, in the Department of Social Work, School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Central University of Tamil Nadu (by an Act of Parliament) Thiruvarur, India. He has Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Master Degree in Social Work from the Utkal University of Odisha, India. He is also pursuing Ph.D. in Mental Health from Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India. He has conducted research in various areas like Health and Mental Health, Medical Anthropology, Family and Child Welfare, Disability studies, and Tribal Health issues. He teaches Psychiatric Social Work, Working with Individuals and Communities, Qualitative Research, ICTs in Social Development and Health System Management. He has written many articles including conference papers and published in national and international reputed peer-reviewed journals. He has extensive professional experiences in university teaching; research consultancy; extensive fieldwork supervision, mentoring postgraduate students; conducted various soft skill training and professional development programmes; organised various national, international conference. He is also associated with various National and International organizations and associations.
