Editor/Author Biographies
Punita Duhan is a faculty in Business Administration with Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of Delhi for the last 17 years and also pursuing research in Social Media from IMS, BHU, Varanasi. Her research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Behavioural Marketing, Social and Digital Technologies, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce. Prior to this, she has worked as Faculty of Management with University Business School, Punjab University, Chandigarh and IMT, Faridabad. She has attended more than 35 national and international conferences and has presented papers in more than 25 national and international conferences. She has published more than 12 research papers with prestigious publishers such as Sage, Palgrave, Springer, IGI Global, Bloomsbury, etc., and edited one book on Social Media, published by IGI Global. She is also on editorial board of peer reviewed prestigious journals. Besides, she has been actively involved in curriculum development and e-content development of various universities, National Institute of open schooling and technical education departments of Delhi and Haryana State in the management area.
Komal Singh is a visiting faculty member who teaches Business Administration within the Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi for the past three years. She has received her PhD in Human Resource Management from Mody University of Science and Technology, Rajasthan. Prior to this, she had vast and diverse research experience in the field of Human Resources for about six years.
Rahul R. Verma, Ph. D. (Commerce), M. Com. (International Business) & PGDBA (Finance & Marketing), is a Lecturer in Commerce with the University of Delhi, India, for the last 14 years. His research interests include Industry 4.0, Agile Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Green Marketing, Business Sustainability, Digitalization, etc. He has attended / presented / published more than 56 research papers / chapters in several national / international conferences / seminars and has edited 14+ books with prestigious publishers like IGI Global, Apple Academic Press, etc. till date. He is also on editorial boards of several peer - reviewed journals.
