Leesha Roberts is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Center of Education Programmes at The University of Trinidad and Tobago, with over two decades of experience in education and computing. Her expertise in Educational Technology/Instructional Design and TVET subjects is evident in her leadership role as Discipline Leader for the University's undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Leesha's research focuses on the integration of ICT in Caribbean Education. She not only supervises postgraduate students but also guides them to excel in their own research, demonstrating her commitment to academic support and mentorship. Her career journey began in the public service at the Ministry of Education, where she led projects to implement technology-based solutions in schools throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Her contributions extend beyond the classroom, as she has trained staff and lectured extensively at both the ministry level and at major local higher education institutions. With a PhD in education focused on ICT integration and instructional design, Leesha is dedicated to equipping students with the necessary skills for integrating technologies into teaching, learning, and research in those areas. Her work has significant implications for the future of education in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, contributing to the advancement of research in ICT integration at the educational level.
