Editor/Author Biographies
George Kelley has served in the IT industry for more than 25 years now as a technical consultant, project manager, and Director of IT. He has worked for private and publicly traded companies, with layered staff and capital and operating budget responsibilities. In addition, he has published about 30 peer-refereed papers and contributed to more than two dozen academic and professional conferences as a speaker, editor, and event organizer. Dr. Kelley has also taught technical and professional undergraduate and graduate university courses on IT Project Management, Information Security, Web Technologies, Computer Interfacing, Messaging and Networking, Relational Databases, and Computer Programming for more than 10 years. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the Information Resources Management Journal and a professor at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. George Kelley attended the University of Göttingen (Germany), Wayne State University, the University of California, San Diego State University, the University of Cincinnati, and Texas A&M University. He did his post-doctoral work at Brookhaven National Laboratories and the California Institute Of Technology.
