Editor/Author Biographies
Ayaz Ahmad obtained his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan in 2006. In 2008, he received Master degree in Wireless Communication Systems from Ecole Superieure d'Electricite (Supélec), Gif-sur-Yvette, France. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Telecommunication from Supélec, France in 2011. Since June 2012, he is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Wah Campus, Pakistan. He has published several research papers in various refereed international journals and conferences. He has also published three book chapters. He is regularly serving as TPC member for several international conferences. His research interests include resource allocation in wireless communication systems, and energy management in smart grid.
