Dr. Najmul Hoda is an Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration at the College of Business, Umm Al-Qura University. He was awarded PhD in Management from Birla Institute of Technology, India in 2015. His dissertation focused on faith-based microfinance institutions. His main research interests are social banking, sustainable finance, entrepreneurial finance, and pedagogy in higher education. He also served as Assistant Manager in Federal Bank and as Director – Research and Training in a microfinance institution based in New Delhi. He has published research papers in journals indexed in SSCI/ESCI/Scopus, as well as contributed book chapters. He is associated with several WoS/Scopus indexed journals as reviewer/advisor. He is also the founding member of International Social Capital Association, New Zealand.
|Arshi Naim - Editor|Dr. Arshi Naim , is recognized among the top 2% of Global Scientists (Stanford University and Elsevier 2024). She is a distinguished scholar with a Ph.D. in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing. Her academic journey, rooted in excellence, began with First Class Honors in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University. As an e-learning expert and certified peer reviewer with Quality Matters, U.S., Dr. Naim has further enhanced her expertise with certificates in Digital Marketing and Social Media Analytics from Accenture, UK, and entrepreneurship from Harvard University.
