Reviews & Statements

This collection explores how large data sets can be harnessed to create wisdom at the strategic level of organization. Fifteen contributions examine the use of big data at the federal government level, working capital management in Serbia, data-driven track-and-trace technology for improving healthcare, the failure of customer relationship management services, and ways to improve knowledge management system initiatives. The closing chapters describe pattern recognition for large-scale data processing, a model for solving business problems, software tools for project management, and a framework for big data initiatives.
