Editor/Author Biographies
Erum Shaikh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Benazirabad, Sanghar Campus, Pakistan. She is a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Her research direction is CSR, Organizational study, and quantitative and qualitative methods.

Muhammad Nawaz Tunio is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Tunio is Ph.D. in the Doctoral track Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development, from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria. He won a Ph.D. fellowship from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He was awarded a young scientist research fellowship for the Kent State University, Ohio, the USA by the Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt. His field of research interests is entrepreneurship, careers, youth development, and self-employment. He has few publications in the above-mentioned areas. He has presented papers at international conferences like BAM 2020, BAM2021, and EURAM2021 and attended research workshops.
