Erum Shaikh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Benazirabad, Sanghar Campus, Pakistan. She is a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Her research direction is CSR, Organizational study, and quantitative and qualitative methods.

Muhammad Nawaz Tunio is an accomplished scholar in Business, Management, and Policy, brings much experience and expertise to the academic arena. With a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria, Dr. Tunio has established himself as a leading authority in his field. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah, Pakistan, he has also held positions at esteemed institutions such as Greenwich University and Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Dr. Tunio's research interests include Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Economic Development, Youth Development, CSR, and Qualitative Methods. His scholarly contributions extend far beyond the confines of academia, with numerous research articles published in top-tier journals and prestigious book chapters with reputable publishers. With an impressive research profile boasting over 1000 citations, an H-Index of 18, and an i10-index of 31, Dr. Tunio's work has significantly impacted the academic community. His consultancy experience includes projects with organizations such as the National Rural Support Program and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, where he has provided invaluable expertise on issues related to small business restoration and brand management for women entrepreneurs. Dr. Tunio's dedication to academic excellence is further evidenced by his teaching and administrative roles at various universities, where he has mentored students, organized international conferences, and contributed to developing curricula in Business Administration and Management.
