Introduction
We analyze each researcher's development steps to move forward further the current technical studies to improve effective analysis and processing in the field of environment. Every area has its development sectors so that through this proposal, we like to choose humanity development and protection through the help of AI Information security and management Technology. Information security and management are nowadays more developing field sets which hold hands for each human. We can implement a AI recognition system for Information security and management applications to make it more perfect for making progress in our life span so that we are introducing soft computing methodology and signal pop up and pop down models to implement further for better result. The present world moves with updated technology like AI, Deep learning, etc. from the above technology. We are still looking forward to updates. For that type of research, articles are most welcome through this proposal, and Hence we can lift current technical steps of implementation into another layer of heights.

Objective
Through this proposal we are welcoming a big stream of research article which looking forward for the advanced technology of Information security and management signal Manipulation and Signal Modernity and flexibility domains etc. which can be utilized further to make a one percent alteration to our society and environment with respect with Implement on AI and Computer Intelligence.

Introduction
The special issue of The Impact of New Information Systems, Techniques, and Software Development on Project Knowledge Management focuses on high-quality original research papers and reviews in the area of Information Systems (IS) Project Knowledge Management. The published articles are motivated by the Application of IS (for example, application of project information systems, systems, and software analysis, and Project communication and collaboration), the special issue emphasizes works on new methodologies and techniques which have applicability.

Objective
Information Systems, applications, and software development on project knowledge management have gained an utter popularity in current times. There has been lots of interest in both the research and industrial sector from developed as well as developing countries to build futuristic Project Knowledge Management (PKM) technologies in order to facilitate the fast managing, processing and presenting of knowledge through such technologies. PKM is a broad umbrella and several concepts are evolving under that. However, in particular, it pursues the role of integrated activities between various parties for managing and distributing knowledge, as well as necessary software tools, information systems, and knowledge representation that enable entities from individuals, SMEs to large enterprises to access, organize, store, transmit, and manipulate knowledge. PKM is redefining the rules of organizing, collaborating, communicating with knowledge. PKM is specially changing the rules of project management and bringing new business paradigms and out of the box business models. This new age is frequently being termed the Digital Age. This special issue concerns the papers to recent trends that have direct impact on the application areas but no limited to farming, environmental impacts, academics, media, Health, E-Commerce, industrial sector etc.
