Covid -19 is a pandemic caused by specific virus (SARS-CoV-2) and labeled as coronavirus or novel virus. Much of the disease is not known, yet it is impacting the global economy in unimaginable ways. Production has already been impacted in many parts of the world. Manufacturing units have shut down, agriculture productions have stopped. Stopped productions and suspended transportations have hampered the chains of supply. This is impacting oil sector, automobile sectors. Dairy products and vegetables are going waste due to suspended transportations. These disruptions are creating stress for small firms to survive. Especially those with liquidity crunch. It is creating an environment of uncertainty in the markets for the investors. Another critical aspect is how organisations are dealing with the psychological and emotional turmoil employees are going through and how that is going to impact the performance indirectly.

The prime objective of this issue is to highlight the impact of COVID – 19 on different dimensions related to organisations. Other objectives could be
1. To understand the direct and indirect effects of the COVID-19 on the organisations.
2. How can organisations deal with Covid -19 effect to maintain efficiency and reduce pandemic effects.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit papers for this special theme issue on COVID-19: Impact on the Organisations on or before 1 August, 2020. All submissions must be original and may not be under review by another publication. INTERESTED AUTHORS SHOULD CONSULT THE JOURNAL’S GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSIONS at All submitted papers will be reviewed on a double-blind, peer review basis. Papers must follow APA style for reference citations.
