Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan in terms of area& resources. However, it's the least developed region of the country albeit having a huge potential for domestic and international trade& growth. The research attempts to fully understand the Baluch nationalist movement using both the political and economic dynamics as its indicators for study. In order to understand the phenomenon of ethnonationalism, the research incorporates information on state initiatives and policies explaining different development projects& policies by the federal and Balochistan governments and response to development projects of different stakeholders including Balochistan 's community not represented by Balochistan government and their role in the implementation of these policies and projects. Moreover, it will also give an account of the Insurgencies and Contemporary ethnonationalism in this regard. The research will give findings and analysis using Theory of Relative Deprivation.
