Abstract

The application of AI in green marketing is transforming the conventional marketing practices through introducing novel eco-conscious, technical and ethical applications. The paper examines the use of AI technologies in green marketing due to personalization, automation and sustainable consumer interaction. Automation enables personalization with the help of AI to match environmental concerns with campaigns and human-like chatbots to enhance efficiency. The AI can also promote the building of sustainable consumer behavior by promoting the habit formation strategies and incentives on the community level. Along with these benefits, the issues of data privacy, over-targeting and greenwashing are still serious. The research takes into account not only the future of marketing as to technological development, but also as to environmental, user-oriented and ethical transformation.
