Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become disruptive in many industries, revolutionising how businesses function and make choices. Human resources (HR) and talent acquisition are areas where AI is gaining traction. This chapter will focus on the use of AI in HR and talent acquisition, outlining its history and analysing the urgent demand for AI-driven HR solutions.
