Abstract

Most of the people in India depend on the agriculture for their survival. Intelligent water grid control (IWGC) system is a trusted solution for resolving recent significant global water problems. The system will handle the dried geographical area in a smart way with internet of things and edge computing. Since the villages that are far from the rivers are not getting enough water, the smaller water saving areas like pool, lake, ponds can be filled with this smart water management system. In this chapter, the authors discussed the water problems faced by the farmers, dam authority, and by the government.

Cloud Computing

In a current scenario, with the digitalized world, the amount of data being searched stored back at the storage location is widely increasing in a rapid manner. The storage location may be at a private area as a private server or as a shared storage space or may be in a public area space. Day by day the computer architecture is emerging in a world. The heterogeneous resource data may be utilized by the different architecture. To compatible with this rapid changing environment the cloud technology offers the storage location with the different types of service as a cost effective as shown in figure 1.

The cloud computing and the Internet Of Things are the very most hard core technologies used in a recent computing environments (Wojciech Moczulski 2016).

A large organizations, companies and institutions are collecting large amount of data and continuously facing the big challenges while processing those data (2015).

Carlos Oberdan Rolim says, the data collection process which requires a more number of labor work to collecting, processing and analyzing the information, typically slow and error prone.
