The contributors in this research were IT project stakeholders involved in the development and commissioning of projects for their respective organization ranging from Oil & Gas to Manufacturing Firms. The IT project stakeholders were deeply involved and busy in five dissimilar project areas of their respective organization. The IT project stakeholders comprised (a) project team members, (b) project, program and portfolio managers, and (c) clients linked with IT projects. A small number participants were my classmates at a local university whom I met in the past 15 years, but I did not get an opportunity to converse with them for a long time and did not informally question them to become a part of my research. The General Managers IT or equivalent at the organizations recommended the contributors or participants, but the contribution or participation was entirely voluntary. Every contributor or participant volunteered for interview received an introductory e-mail from my side that arranged and settled the interview session.
