Abstract
The general aim of this research is to analyze the graduate dissertations on migration in education and training in Turkey. Dissertations are aimed to be discussed in terms of years, types, departments, research methods, data analysis methods, migration handling methods. This content analysis study has been designed with qualitative research methods. 34 master thesis and 7 doctoral dissertations, totally 41 dissertations on migration on education and training which have been being on YÖK (Higher Education Board) database in Turkey were examined in this research. Research results show that, researchers mostly used qualitative research methods. According to research results, using qualitative research methods in dissertations have been followed by quantitative research methods, survey model, mixed research methods, experimental model, field research and case study. Mostly migration abroad and education, internal migration and reflections on education in various dimensions were investigated in graduate dissertations on migration in education and training in Turkey. In future, thesis on migration in Turkey can be examined on the other fields like economy, sociology, and politics.

In the research, document examination technique was used from qualitative research methods. This technique is a data gathering process that is used when collecting, systematically reviewing and evaluating official or private records (Ekiz, 2009).
Research universe is consisted of 34 master thesis and 7 doctoral dissertations, totaly 41 dissertations on migration on education and training which have been being on YÖK (Higher Education Board) database in Turkey.
