Abstract

Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) is a configurational method used in fields like business, marketing, and supply chain management. Despite its utility, its role in supply chain operations has been underexplored. This research aims to investigate fsQCA's application in these areas. The study includes a comprehensive literature review and a systematic and bibliometric analysis of 75 publications from 19 leading journals (2015-2024). The findings offer new insights into fsQCA's potential in various research areas and suggest future research directions. The study also identifies significant research challenges and highlights key perspectives for advancing this critical field.
