Abstract

The objective of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the keyword network, numerical distribution by years, citation network of the most frequently cited publications, most active researchers, most active journals, countries and institutions of the studies published in the field of human resource management education between 1990 and May 1, 2024 in the WOS database. Furthermore, the objectives of the studies examined in the research are analysed in order to identify the trends of research in the field of artificial intelligence in human resources management and the remaining gaps in the research area. In the study, the criterion sampling method, one of the purposive sampling methods, was selected. The research is a descriptive content analysis study employing qualitative research methods. The R Programming Language “biblioshiny” package program was employed in the analysis of the data collected for the initial objective of the study, while MAXQDA 2020 (20.4.0) was utilized in the second stage.
