Abstract

Cryptocurrency, a digital form of currency, functions as an alternative payment method employing encryption algorithms. Despite its potential, the cryptocurrency market is characterized by high volatility and intricate datasets, featuring complex interactions between predictors. Conventional techniques may struggle to achieve optimal results in such a challenging environment. Predicting prices accurately is crucial to making the most money on bitcoin investments. For short-term trading and investing techniques, it is essential to identify both positive and negative market movements. The knowledge gathered from these assessments will provide practitioners with a better grasp of the obstacles facing the cryptocurrency market as well as workable solutions to reduce risks. The dataset, which was acquired from Yahoo Finance, contains daily information including the highest and lowest prices in addition to opening and closing prices. The main objective is to estimate the price of Bitcoin and deep learning algorithms are essential to forecasting these prices in the context of smart cities.
