Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to analyze the characteristics of leadership in educational organizations for digital transformation as well as those challenges that school leaders face in carrying out the reinforcement and use of technological tools for the formation of highly prepared human capital as well as implementing technology in the management of the educational center to meet the objectives. Derived from the multiple changes left by the pandemic, one of them was undoubtedly the way to lead an educational center and at the same time, implement digital tools to improve educational processes. Therefore, school leadership plays an important role in this transformation of the digital age for the success and achievement of institutional objectives. However, it is necessary that both leaders and other members of the educational center be prepared on how to use these tools.
