Abstract

Many compete in the political sphere to secure the highest position in the bureaucratic organizations even though they do not have the foundation, do not have the qualities, or without characters that entitled them to public leadership positions. They do not have the wisdom to discern and without tact. Many come from a dark background, and they cast their dark shadow once they are in the public office. One of the crimes they committed is white-collar crime. Since the government does not have mental and technical personnel, without well-educated and knowledge expertise, white collar crimes grow and multiply and then become red collar crimes. Without proper knowledge and training, elected officials with their cronies lead the government into the field of political, financial, and corporate crimes that eventually become red-collar crimes.
