Abstract

The authors investigate a set of criteria for evaluating governmental power market-ing, such as the use of cost-benefit analysis (CBA), for making complex decisions in the profitable public management. Another example is Khlong Ong Ang (literally meaning pottery canal), an old town area of Bangkok, where Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), Thai local government, uses demographic data in order to get supports from Gen Alpha by restoring the canal and public areas nearby under conservation guidelines and promote community identity. Khlong Ong Ang now becomes a new walking street area in Bangkok, Thailand.
