Abstract

In today's competitive landscape, employee experience (EX) has emerged as a pivotal factor influencing organizational success. EX encompasses the perceptions and interactions employees have throughout their journey within a company, from recruitment to exit. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly reshaped employee expectations, prompting organizations to adopt more flexible, inclusive, and employee-cantered policies. Key elements of EX include workplace culture, meaningful work, flexibility, digital transformation, and effective leadership. Ubiquitous leadership, characterized by distributed authority and inclusive practices, enhances collaboration and innovation across all levels of an organization. Additionally, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers transformative potential in EX by personalizing learning, streamlining recruitment, and enhancing onboarding experiences. By prioritizing these elements, organizations can foster a more engaged and satisfied workforce, ultimately driving improved performance and long-term success. This study explores the critical relationship between employee experience and ubiquitous leadership, highlighting the need for implementing the Artificial Intelligence based solutions for organizations to reimagine their strategies in response to evolving employee expectations.
