Abstract

Nowadays, digital transformation is evident in all aspects of life as processes are being replaced with smart systems, enhancing satisfaction levels with increased online services.By converting traditional programs into modern digital programs, it facilitates the work of human resource managers. Along the way, in addition to having a specific goal, all ideas must be prioritized.
