Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is being actively promoted by the state to regulate the relationship between the government and society because this system greatly speeds up and simplifies communication between the two. It is also working to digitize this system. In the process of building the state apparatus, artificial intelligence is becoming more and more important as a tool for encouraging the adoption of management choices meant to boost state activity efficiency. Artificial intelligence is being increasingly used in state management at all levels. With an emphasis on the development, successes, difficulties, and prospects of the Digital India program, this study examines how digital technology affects the provision of public administration services. The dedication to improving the delivery of digital public services. Enhancing ICT governance, increasing internet access, and advancing digital services for inclusive growth and better citizen access were the goals of this endeavour.
