Abstract

The impact of new technologies on the balance between work and life of female entrepreneurs in the Horn of Africa is examined in this chapter, with a focus on the mediating function of digital tools in business management. The study evaluates the suitability of the dataset for factor analysis using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure on a sample of 400 female entrepreneurs. To find important constructs about new innovations, balance between work and life, and the adoption of digital management technologies, an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) is carried out. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is then carried out to verify the measuring equipment' dependability and confirm the factor structure. The chapter then analyzes the mediation function of digital technologies using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the research, significance of incorporating cutting-edge technologies to help female better manage their personal and professional lives is emphasized in this chapter.
