Abstract

The ability of humans to be creative is generally defined as being able to create something original that has a purpose. Human creative acts have influenced human development since its beginning, but the need to create and innovate has never been stronger. Due to intense business competition, advances in technology, changes in social structure, and the globalization of world economies, the need for creativity and innovation has become constant. Creativity and innovation need to be a part of a company's culture that can inspire businesses and its leaders to continuously meet new challenges. Therefore, the need to develop creativity potential in future workers, managers, supervisors, leaders, and owners is paramount to the continued success of modern business.
