Abstract

In the context of the Eastern Africa, this investigation explores the connections among culture of organizational resilience, workers resilience, and leader ethics. With the use of a quantitative investigation design, information was gathered from a wide range of staff members working for different companies. The outcomes manifest that the development of a culture of organizational resilience, which in turn fosters workers resilience, is greatly influenced by leader ethics. The investigation underscores the intermediary function of culture of organizational resilience, demonstrating that moral leadership influences workers resilience both directly and indirectly via cultural interactions. These findings highlight how crucial it is to promote moral leadership conducts and encouraging work environments in order to improve both organizational performance and workers well-being. The investigation additionally suggests future lines of inquiry to investigate the intricacies of these associations in various contexts.
