Abstract

Within the framework of digital transformation, this chapter examines the relationship between innovative work behavior, technostress, and digital leadership. It examines how innovation is encouraged by digital leadership while tackling issues like technostress, brought on by the usage of new digital technologies. According to the study, effective digital leadership reduces the negative consequences of technostress while simultaneously fostering innovative work behaviors of employees. Additionally, it explores the mediating role of technostress, which, depending on how employees handle the demands of the digital workplace, can either impede or strengthen the beneficial role of digital leadership in fostering innovation.
