Abstract

Women's entrepreneurship is burgeoning globally, marked by an awareness of their pivotal role in driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and contributing to community development. However, historical constraints rooted in societal norms, cultural expectations, and systemic barriers have impeded women's participation in entrepreneurial endeavors. Despite the positive impact of women entrepreneurs on economic development, poverty reduction, and social inclusion, they grapple with challenges such as limited access to financial resources, gender bias, and underrepresentation in leadership roles. Notably, there is a research gap in understanding entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the tourism and hospitality industry within developing countries. This study aims to address this gap by scrutinizing the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial passion, women entrepreneurship on the overall development of tourism globally.
