Abstract

The healthcare landscape has been reshaped recently, thanks to the advent of artificial intelligence (AI). This research endeavours to gain a deeper understanding of the Delhi-NCR residents to utilize their mobile devices for health care management. The study helps in understanding the behavioural intentions of the residents towards using mobile devices for health checks, searching for field-specific information, and medication procurement The data gathered from three well-known health applications—1MG, Practo, and Apollo 24/7—with 345 participants subjected to structural equation modelling analysis. The findings underscore the TAM's effectiveness in explaining the public's acceptance of AIM. The presence of behavioural control, subjective norms, and a positive attitude significantly increased the likelihood of AIM adoption. These results carry significant implications for healthcare practitioners and policymakers, providing valuable insights into strategies for enhancing consumers' adoption of mobile learning, thereby improving healthcare delivery.
