Abstract

This study explores the vital importance of human factors in innovation, emphasizing that innovation is not only driven by technology progress but also by human creativity, cooperation, leadership, and culture. The text emphasizes the interconnected relationship between diversity, inclusion, emotional intelligence, and adaptive leadership in fostering innovation via an in-depth analysis of literature and case studies. The study highlights current deficiencies, such as the necessity for further longitudinal research on the interaction between digital transformation and human-centered innovation methods. A holistic approach to innovation is advocated, emphasizing the need of cultivating a culture that prioritizes creativity, diversity, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership for firms aiming for sustainable success in a rapidly evolving global market. This study enhances comprehension of the human elements that stimulate creativity, providing practical insights for firms seeking to maximize the capabilities of their people resources in the innovation process.
