Following that, a discussion of the state of broadband adoption, usage, and impact is presented. This is ensued by the definition of the research aim and objectives. Details are provided concerning the research approach that will be utilised in order to achieve the proposed aims and objectives. The research contributions of this study are then offered. Finally, a summary of this chapter is provided.
