Abstract

The information technology has become an embedded component in global networks and is reinventing value generation, market efficiency and improvement of human capital. This survey report explores the relationship between contemporary technology and gender equality, emphasising its role in promoting economic growth and increasing chances for women in tomorrow's labour markets. It looks at how contemporary technology may be used as a capital asset, management strategy, and knowledge transfer tool to reduce gender inequities. The report also looks at its influence on organisational learning, culture, and leadership, as well as its potential to address gender disparities in public administration and healthcare. This study, through an in-depth study of current research and examples, gives insights into using contemporary technology for women's specialised skill development, eventually contributing to inclusive economic growth and gender equality.
