Abstract

New technologies available to organizations in the current world provide a great chance to achieve better results in terms of employees' welfare and level of tetrad factors at work. This chapter explores how organizations could use state-of-the-art IT solutions for employees' support and wellbeing enhancement without compromising human-centric design. It talks about how technology is used to design supportive networks to offer better stewardship as well as to introduce community feeling within working environments thus enhancing positive workplace flexibility that helps facilitate better work-life sustainability. The chapter also discusses the issues related to human sociality in the socially distanced world and presents the guidelines on how new technologies can be developed to fit in with such principles as sustainability and durability. However, organizations that concentrate on the persona of technology look forward to developing a more robust organizational resistance level to disruptions.
