Mapping the Nexus Rule of Law's Influence on Good Governance: A Bibliometric Exploration

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to spread knowledge regarding how Indonesia's good governance will be impacted by the rule of law in 2021. Following that, we have determined the effects of the Rule of Law on Indonesian residents. Citizenry and the alterations to their mental processes toward the rule of law. “Qualitative research” is the methodology employed by the researchers working in this field. The World Bank website, Dimension AI, and Google Scholar provided the research's data, which was then presented descriptively. This paper's research helps us understand how a robust legal system might promote effective governance in a system or society. Moreover, how the government can effectively and transparently carry out the rule of law, this paper will only cover the extent to which each aspect of the change is explained in detail; it will also examine potential solutions to problems raised by the public and how best to put them into practice; and lastly, it will discuss the beneficial effects that the change in the laws has had on good governance.
