Abstract

This chapter examines the integration of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership within change management. Through an analysis of existing research, the chapter highlights how mindfulness enhances present-moment awareness, allowing leaders and employees to adopt a more responsive approach to organizational challenges.
