Abstract

The study of factors influencing mobile banking adoption among Malaysians, particularly through the lens of the Modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), identifies several key determinants that affect users' intentions to adopt mobile banking services. The findings suggest that financial institutions in Malaysia should focus on enhancing the perceived usefulness and ease of use of their mobile banking applications. Additionally, addressing security concerns can help mitigate perceived risks, potentially increasing adoption rates. Understanding these factors can aid banks in developing innovative strategies that cater to the needs and concerns of their customers, ultimately promoting greater adoption of mobile banking services in Malaysia. In addition, banks will continuously concern about their customers and adopt entrepreneurial and innovation elements in the operation and marketing of their banking products and services.
