Abstract

This article introduces cloud computing technology (CCT) and its emerging role in business. Although there is no single agreed-upon definition, CCT provides on-demand access to computer resources over the Internet. This removes the need for companies to manage their IT infrastructure, resulting in cost savings, greater flexibility and better scalability. The report explores the benefits of CCT, including simplified operations, better data visibility and faster deployment. This highlights the growing market for cloud services and highlights opportunities for efficiency across departments. We understand the challenges of implementing CCT and conclude that it is a promising technology to promote collaboration and reduce costs. This chapter also briefly discusses the various service and application models of cloud services.
