Abstract

The normative regulation of the principles of financial control is also an important and topical issue for the control practice. In order to study the specifics of the principles of financial control in relation to the normative act which regulates them, it is necessary to determine in which normative acts the basic principles of financial control are regulated. With the help of the normative review, the essence of each principle and its purpose are presented. Each principle has its own specifics, but its applicability does not contradict any of the other principles of financial control. In addition, the principles determine the direction in which the control process itself should take place. Deviation and non-compliance with some of the principles of financial control means that the predetermined conceptual framework of the financial control process itself has been violated.
