Abstract

One of the most representative impacts on the development of human capital is the reduced use of paper, thus generating a culture of sustainability in processes as everything is archived digitally. This leads to more feasibility in the use of digital resources, speed, document location, and information security. However, these new alternatives can create a knowledge gap in the use of technological tools. The development of technological inclusion for all involved is necessary; this inclusion must be structured with a well-planned action plan to close the gaps in information lag or the use of technological resources.
