Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of personality traits and wellbeing and impact of personality on mental health. Wellbeing of the people is also one of the goals for attaining sustainability. Due to increased globalisation, the competition level has been increased. Due to which in some organisation the employees are treated as a machine This study is descriptive in nature with qualitative data. The secondary data will be collected from research papers, articles, book chapters, and official websites to evaluate the relationship between personality traits and wellbeing and its impact. Research has shown that positive extraverted people tend to be happier than negative introverted people who are more likely to fret. The clinical disorder paradigm has generally been the center of personality evaluation. Positive emotionality, conscientiousness, and behavioural control are the psychological traits that have been discovered to be associated with mental wellness.
