Abstract

The personality indicator uses machine learning techniques to assess each person's personality in both the personal and professional lives. There are various types of indicators, but the two commonly used ones are Myers-Briggs type indicator (MTBI) and big five personality traits model. This work used MBTI personality indicator, and it can offer valuable insights. It attempted to use SVD, naive bayes, random forest, and logistic regression machine learning approaches for personality prediction. This model makes it simple for users to identify their personalities and technical abilities. This personality indicator is based on MBTI that categorizes individuals into one of 16 personality types. This approach has the potential to provide a more objective and scalable way of assessing personality, compared to traditional self-report measures. The use of MBTI type based on their online activity, such as their social media posts and communication habits, has gained popularity in recent years.
