Abstract

Internationalization initiatives comprise a wide range of activities, including international market growth, health sectors, business world and academic exchanges. The author of this chapter focuses on the global establishment of diversity and inclusion in internationalization, their significance, associated challenges and best practices for promoting Diversity and Inclusion in these initiatives. It shows how prejudices, language, and poverty reduce one's involvement in internationalization strategies.
