Abstract

The chapter describes parallel-hierarchical technologies that are characterized by a high degree of parallelism, high performance, noise immunity, parallel-hierarchical mode of transmission and processing of information. The peculiarities of the design of automated geoinformation and energy systems on the basis of parallel-hierarchical technologies and modified confidential method of Q-transformation of information are presented. Experimental analysis showed the advantages of the proposed methods of image processing and extraction of characteristic features.

Introduction

Actuality of Theme

The scientific and technological progress of recent decades has led to the creation and widespread use of personal computers, as well as the emergence and rapid development of computer science and their revolutionary influence on virtually all human activities. With the emergence and development of the geoinformation systems in the early 90's, experts from many industries quickly appreciated the broad possibilities for geospatial modeling and spatial decision making. This period is marked by the emergence in the periodical geoinformation publications of a large number of educational and educational publications on remote sensing, coordinate systems, satellite positioning, as well as the development of geoinformation terminology and the formation of a new scientific direction - geoinformatics.

Today, with the growing needs of society in energy resources, there is a need for a widespread information environment that would ensure high-quality, high-speed and noise-free information exchange. In the work as a data processing environment, parallel-hierarchical technologies are proposed, which, in contrast to existing ones, are characterized by high degree of parallelism, high performance, noise immunity, parallel-hierarchical method of transmission and processing of information. In the process of development of this direction there is a new opportunity for the user to provide information and new opportunities for its use and supply, related, including, with Internet technologies.

In the framework of the decision of the tasks of territorial management and energy provision, it is important to create an automated geoinformation and energy system at the level of the city, region, region, country, etc., which will allow, on the basis of the information-energy component, to introduce, in addition to well-known geoinformation systems of environmental monitoring, also systems of management of industrial enterprises and transport, medical, scientific-educational, law-enforcement, communal, financial, land and other branches and one's a system for video surveillance and video processing. The geoinformation and energy system is a global means of accelerating scientific and technological progress due to its widespread, public availability and high quality indicators of the transmission and processing of information, which is achieved by integrating into a widely distributed electric power transmission system of a specialized conductor that constructively combines information dissemination environments and energy, namely, the fiber-optic communication line covered by a metal conductor of electricity.

Researchments in the creation of AGIES are based on the development of systems that perform not only calculations, but also simulate imaginative perception of the world and decision-making and focus on performing functional modeling of human intellectual activities related to the main areas of scientific and technological development. Such ideas are based on the development of domestic computer science in recent decades. Therefore, the task is to create an automated geoinformation system based on the principles of opto-electronic parallel-hierarchical technologies, and to study the transmission and processing of information in it, which makes it possible to apply new principles and methods of parallel processing and high-quality information transmission.

The Analysis Of Modern Technologies Of The Development Of Automated Geo-Information Systems

The information revolution that took place in the twentieth century greatly raises the intellect of man due to the rapid development and accumulation of the knowledge base of mankind. Over time, the volume of knowledge and information grows in a geometric progression, which requires more and more improvement of its knowledge, which in turn improves the technologies developed by them to provide a comfortable and productive life. For some time, humanity subjectively separated the concept of energy and information. But objective development involves knowledge of the universe as a whole, where everything is interdependent and interrelated. Such an understanding of the universe brings humanity into a new plane of intelligence, which generates new tasks and opens up new perspectives.

At the present stage of human development, the natural process is the combination of such substances as information and energy. The reason for this is the fact that humanity is increasingly deepening into the knowledge of the universe, where the concepts of energy and information are not separate (Kozemyako, Bilan & Kozemyako, 2004).
