Abstract

In today's increasingly demanding and dynamic environment, quality management is positioned as an essential strategic element to ensure competitiveness, operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction of an organization. In this context, the concept of quality, the evolution of quality management over time, the principles and tools of the Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality 4.0 approach and the importance of leadership in the successful implementation of a quality management system are analyzed, providing a comprehensive view of the key elements that contribute to organizational excellence.
