This study examines the challenges organizations face in addressing workforce skill gaps for implementing voice AI technologies and explores effective reskilling strategies. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research identifies critical technical and creative skill deficits, evaluates the effectiveness of reskilling programs, and assesses their impact on service marketing outcomes. Findings indicate that tailored, industry-specific training programs enhance workforce readiness and enable organizations to leverage voice AI for improved customer engagement and operational efficiency. Despite barriers such as organizational resistance and resource constraints, the study underscores the strategic importance of workforce reskilling for navigating digital transformation. These insights provide actionable recommendations for aligning human capital development with technological advancements.
